En algunos casos, los consumidores han entregado grandes sumas de dinero a un tercero que ofrece este \"servicio\" aunque sus contratos de tiempo compartido hayan finalizado.<\/p><p>Las t\u00e1cticas de las empresas que se ponen en contacto con antiguos socios y propietarios de tiempo compartido incluyen ofertas de visitas a domicilio para comprobar su documentaci\u00f3n de tiempo compartido e iniciar investigaciones. Estas reuniones parecen estar organizadas por terceras empresas de marketing, y las personas que asisten a ellas afirman trabajar para organizaciones con experiencia jur\u00eddica y en litigios contractuales. Tambi\u00e9n se hace referencia al impacto del COVID-19, y las organizaciones afirman que la pandemia afect\u00f3 a la gesti\u00f3n eficaz de la administraci\u00f3n de los miembros y propietarios de tiempo compartido salientes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Nuestras investigaciones iniciales indican que las personas afectadas salieron leg\u00edtimamente de su tiempo compartido y disponen de los documentos de verificaci\u00f3n necesarios de su proveedor de tiempo compartido.
