Der Komplex ist in der Mitte des kleinen K\u00fcstendorfes gelegen.  Carihuela hat viel von seinem traditionellen spanischen Charme bewahrt. Die Wohnungen sind gut proportioniert und bieten eine qualitativ hochwertige Unterkunft mit allem Komfort, den man f\u00fcr einen kurzen oder l\u00e4ngeren Aufenthalt ben\u00f6tigt. Der Verwaltungsausschuss und das \u00f6rtliche Team sind sehr stolz darauf, die Wohnungen und ihre Einrichtung zu pflegen und zu aktualisieren. Die Anlage verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber weitl\u00e4ufige G\u00e4rten und eine Auswahl an Swimmingpools, einen Kinderspielplatz, einen Fitnessraum f\u00fcr Erwachsene und einen Tennisplatz. Es gibt ein beliebtes Restaurant und eine Bar mit einer guten Auswahl an preiswerten Speisen und Getr\u00e4nken, in der das ganze Jahr \u00fcber regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Unterhaltungsprogramme angeboten werden.
